Our supports are centred around outdoor movement, recreational activities, and real-world participation, helping individuals engage socially, build skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences beyond traditional indoor settings.

Cathy Hayes
Owner

Tertiary-qualified, highly experienced clinical mental health nurse coupled with a background in personal training, health and wellbeing. Cathy is passionate about empowering individuals to build confidence, resilience, and well-being through movement and connection.
Brett Hayes
Business Manager

Highly tertiary qualified and experienced physical educator and business operator. With over 30 years of professional sport and fitness experience, as well as specialising in adaptive physical education, community active sports, and elite para-sports.
Ben Hayes
Community Active Support Worker

Tertiary physiotherapy student with an elite running background who is highly experienced and knowledgeable, and can provide hands-on, supportive engagement to help participants achieve their personal and well-being goals.

Supporting Active Community Participation
Community Active Supports (CAS) delivers disability supports aligned with NDIS funding, focusing on Assistance with Social and Community Participation and relevant Capacity Building supports.
Our Disability Support Workers enhance community participation by helping individuals build the skills, confidence, and motivation needed to actively engage in everyday community life.
CAS also works collaboratively with families, support coordinators, case managers, and guardians to ensure supports are set up smoothly and participants can get started as soon as possible.
